Natural cures for haemorrhoids

 

Any of these should be applied externally 2-3 times a day (you may need a friend to help apply some of these as they can be a bit tricky).

Billberry Juice.

Decoction of oak bark.

Juice of plantain.

Decoction of polar buds.

Infusion of silverweed.

Remenber to wash your hands afer making these remedies, (you won't need to remind you friend to wash theirs after application, they'll be rushing to the nearest stream before you can get your pants back up)
