How to cook a raccoon

 

Skin and joint using stone axe (from tip 3), remove anal glands which can taint meat then cut meat into 1" chunks and stew over camp fire until tender, using dried ground worms (from tip 1) to thicken gravy

- Tuck in.

Older raccoons should be marinated for 24 hours in your favourite marinade prior to cooking
